- Counterfeit goods or replicas of brand-name products.
- Products that use a registered trademark in their title or description without authorization.
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted images, videos, or text in listings or company profiles.
2. Reporting Infringement
If you are an IP rights holder and you believe that content on Avrica Food infringes upon your rights, please submit a formal takedown notice to our legal team. The notice must include:

- The specific URL(s) on Avrica Food where the infringing content is located.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
Please send all infringement claims to: ip-claims@avricafood.com.
3. Enforcement and Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, Avrica Food will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. The user responsible for the content will be notified of the action.
If a user believes their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice. Repeated infringements will result in permanent account suspension.
