Avrica Food storehouses are managed commodity hubs where verified inventory is received, inspected, stored, and made available for trade. All lots entering a storehouse undergo intake verification, and where applicable, blockchain traceability records are generated. The platform publishes real-time stock levels, lot aging data, freshness indicators, and availability status to provide transparent supply visibility to all verified participants.

Avrica Food manages the storehouse infrastructure, verification processes, and trade facilitation tools. However, Avrica Food does not take ownership of commodities stored within its facilities unless explicitly agreed in separate commercial arrangements. Commodity ownership remains with the verified supplier until a completed trade transfers title to the buyer.

User-generated content, such as product listings, lot documentation, certification uploads, and company profiles, remains the intellectual property of the respective user, who grants Avrica Food a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute said content within the platform and its associated storehouse network operations.

6. Blockchain Traceability Disclaimer

Avrica Food provides blockchain-backed traceability as a transparency tool for supply chain documentation. Blockchain records are generated based on data provided by verified suppliers and Avrica Food's own intake verification processes. While these records are designed to be immutable and tamper-resistant, Avrica Food does not warrant the absolute accuracy of upstream data provided by third parties prior to storehouse intake. Blockchain traceability should be used as one component of a comprehensive due diligence process.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice and any disputes arising from the use of the Avrica Food platform and storehouse network shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
