To maintain a high-quality, trustworthy marketplace, all sellers on Avrica Food must adhere to the following Product Listing Policy. Failure to comply may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination.
Required Information for All Listings
- Accurate and descriptive product name.
- Clear, high-quality images of the actual product.
- Detailed product specifications (grade, size, moisture content, etc.).
- Accurate pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and unit of measurement.
- Country of origin (must be Uganda unless otherwise approved).
- List of all relevant certifications (e.g., Organic, Fair Trade, Halal).
Prohibited Products & Content
The following products and content are strictly prohibited from being listed on Avrica Food:
- Illegal substances and narcotics.
- Products making false health claims.
- Items infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) not explicitly approved for export/import.
- Products that do not meet the food safety standards of Uganda or the destination country.
- Live animals (unless specifically permitted under a separate agreement).
Content Standards
All listing content, including text and images, must be professional and accurate. The use of misleading, false, or exaggerated claims is forbidden. All images must be of the product you are selling and not stock photos unless explicitly stated.
Policy Enforcement
Avrica Food actively monitors listings to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without prior notice. Repeated violations will lead to stricter penalties, including permanent account termination. If you believe a listing violates our policy, please report it to compliance@avricafood.com.
